    Notice of Annual General Meeting

    Your Credit Union will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on:

    🗓 Wednesday, January 15, 2025

    🕖 7:00 PM (Please join by 6:45 PM for a prompt start)

    Virtual Participation:

    Members can join the meeting online using a smartphone, tablet, or computer. The meeting will feature a live webcast, allowing members to participate, ask questions, make comments, speak (to the extent they are entitled), and cast direct votes during the meeting.

    Meeting Agenda:

    • To receive reports, including the financial statements for the fiscal year ending Sept 30, 2024.
    • To appoint the external auditor.
    • To announce the acclamation of directors.
    • To transact any other business properly brought before the meeting.
     

    Registration

    Register HERE or via the contact information below no later than 4:00 PM on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. Following your registration, you will receive an email containing a link which you will need to log in to the meeting. Please join the AGM no later than 6:45pm for 7pm start.
